Account Reset

Resetting your account will allow you to change your password and/or secret question. You must provide ALL of your loan ids, your SSN and the username (email address) that you originally signed up with in the fields below. You must have access to the email account described above in order to reset your account. If you do not have access to the email account, you will need to contact Customer Service at (800) 603-0836 to reset your account.

Please note that all fields are required.

SNSC Loan Number(s) are required (Should be 10 numbers).
   If you have more than one loan, please enter all loan numbers separated by a comma (Loan Numbers should only contain numbers).
Social Security Number is required (Should be 9 numbers).
